The concept of Simplicity Investing originated in U.S.A. The founders of Simplicity observed that the Top 1% of the families in U.S.A who control 40% of the wealth earned on an average a rate of return of 8% p.a. inflation adjusted during the period of 2002-2012. They focused on companies which were leaders in their field, innovative and had Global reach. They selected best companies/assets from developed and emerging markets across the Globe.
